This is a 24 week periodized training plan to you in good shape for your IRONMAN® Chattanooga race. If features a River Swim, Rolling Bike & Rolling Run. These 24 weeks provide the perfect balance of challenging training & time efficiency. It features 3 swims, 3 rides (HR or Power), 3 runs, 1 S&C session & a bike-run brick workout per week.
