Description
CIM is a lot like Boston, so we have emulated our best workouts from there and put them into a plan specifically designed to prepare you for one of the best marathons out there- CIM. This plan will start at about 70 miles per week and build to about 100 miles per week. It is a 7-day-per-week plan. As mileage increases, there will be 2-3 double runs per week.
