This is a 24 week periodized training plan to get you in good shape for your IRONMAN® Hamburg race. This is ideal if you are "Levelling Up" from 70.3 to full IRONMAN®. Hamburg features a Lake swim, Flat Bike and Rolling run. These 24 weeks provide the perfect balance of challenging training and time efficiency.
