This is a 18 week periodized training plan to get you in good shape for your IRONMAN® Florida race. It features an Ocean Swim, Flat Bike & Flat Run. These 18 weeks provide the perfect balance of challenging training & time efficiency. It features 3 swims, 3 rides, 3 runs, 1 S&C session & a bike-run brick workout per week.
