This is a 24 week periodised training plan to get you in good shape for your IRONMAN® Hamburg event. This is ideal if you are "Levelling Up" from 70.3 to full IRONMAN®. Lake Swim, Flat Bike and Rolling Run. These 24 weeks provide the perfect balance of challenging training and time efficiency.
