What to Expect
  • 16 weeks of daily training plan with support from our expert coaches
  • In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
  • Warm-up and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
  • Coaching support in person and via our Final Surge Training Platform to answer your questions along the way
  • The Final Surge training platform offers workouts compatible with popular fitness devices and apps (Garmin, Apple Watch, Strava, etc.). Your training plan will include a twice-weekly strength routine, mobility, and cross-training exercises to enhance strength and prevent injury.
  • Support from our Community Partners in Physical Therapy, Strength Training, and Nutrition presented through our School of Run Series.
  • Welcoming pace groups for everything from a sub-9 minute mile to a 15+ min/mile.
  • Fleet Feet Swag including a ON Powered Training Shirt.
