This is a 24 week periodised training plan to get you in good shape for your first IRONMAN®. This is ideal if you are "Levelling Up" from 70.3 to full IRONMAN®. These 24 weeks provide the perfect balance of challenging training and time efficiency. It features 3 swims, 3 rides, 3 runs, 1 S&C session and a bike-run brick workout per week.
