This is a 16 week periodized training plan to get you in good shape for your IRONMAN® Australia race. Australia features a River Swim, Rolling Bike & Flat Run. These 16 weeks provide the perfect balance of challenging training & time efficiency. It features 3 swims, 3 rides, 3 runs, 1 S&C session & bike-run brick per week.
