This plan is a good choice for you if you are able to walk at least two miles without a break and are ready to venture into running in a gentle way. You will start with 30 second run/60 second walk intervals, and gradually increase to 60 second run/30 second walk intervals by the end of the plan. All runs are based on time, not distance.
