Acknowledgement of Risk & Release of Liability

I acknowledge that the training programs provided by The Running Formula and its coaches involve physical activity that places stress on the body, including the heart, muscles, joints, and bones. I understand that participation in running, strength training, and other fitness activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to fatigue, muscle strain, overuse injuries, illness, or, in rare cases, serious medical events.

I confirm that I am in suitable physical condition to undertake an exercise program and that I have consulted, or will consult, with a qualified medical professional regarding any concerns about my ability to participate safely. I accept full responsibility for my health, safety, and wellbeing while engaging in any program or advice provided by The Running Formula.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge The Running Formula, its owners, coaches, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability for injury, loss, or damages that may arise directly or indirectly from my participation in the program, including those resulting from negligence.

I acknowledge that The Running Formula and its coaches are not medical practitioners and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Any guidance provided is for general training and educational purposes only and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. I agree to seek medical clearance prior to starting or modifying any exercise program, particularly if I have an existing injury, illness, or medical condition.

Membership Terms, Program Billing and Delivery Policy

You are signing up for a structured training program of 8, 12, or 16 weeks in duration, delivered progressively via the Final Surge app. Billing is recurring on a monthly basis, with each monthly payment covering the training and support for the upcoming month within your selected program.

Training for each month will be prepared and released in Final Surge only after receipt of payment for that month.
Each month includes one scheduled check-in (via [specify method: e.g., video call, form submission, app messaging]) to review your progress, provide feedback, and customise the next month's training based on your performance and input.
This progressive, personalised approach ensures your program is tailored to your ongoing needs and results.

Because this is a customised coaching service with training built and released month-by-month based on your check-ins and payments, you are committing to the full duration of your selected program (8, 12, or 16 weeks). No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any reason, including if you choose to stop following the program early.

Any training already released remains yours to use. It is your responsibility to manage your commitment and progression through the program. Should you decide to stop following the plan, this is at your own discretion and risk.

Acknowledgement & Agreement

By signing up with The Running Formula, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Acknowledgement of Risk & Release of Liability, Medical Disclaimer, and Membership Terms outlined above. I understand that checking the box or electronically signing this agreement has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
