Description
AFL Post-season conditioning plan for athletes that want to maintain and build fitness during the off-season. This program is built for athletes with a current 2km TT time of 12:00mins (range 11:30-13:00min). Programs for alternate 2km times are also available. This program contains: - 2x running sessions per week - 2x cycling sessions per week - 5x build weeks, 1x deload week - Culminating in a 4km timed run in the last week
