Please read this waiver carefully. By signing this waiver, you accept the risks and terms within. Liability waivers must be completed prior to starting run coaching.

Voluntary Participation. I acknowledge and agree that my participation in run coaching offered by Inspired Wellness Solutions, LLC d/b/a Snacking in Sneakers is voluntary. I understand I may be provided training plans, activities, and/or resources which may include but are not limited to running, strength workouts, mobility and flexibility exercises, cross training activities, and nutrition information.

Assumption of Risk. I agree that my participation in run coaching is at my own risk. I have been informed and understand that taking part in physical exercise, sport, fitness, and other physical activities comes with an inherent risk of injury, disability, or death. By signing this waiver, I assume any and all risk, known or unknown, including but not limited to physical injuries, muscle strains, tears, pulls, broken bones, miscarriage, death, and any/all illness, or loss of personal property and income.

Waiver of All Claims. I agree to release and hold harmless Inspired Wellness Solutions LLC d/b/a Snacking in Sneakers, their subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, presenters, respective agents, successors, and assigns, from any and all liability whatsoever, by me, my family, estate, heirs, or assigns. This shall apply to any and all claims, suits, and/or demands arising out of participation in run coaching, whether during the activity or membership or after completion of the activity or membership, including but not limited to all risks described in the Assumption of Risk section.

Personal Responsibility. I agree and understand that I am solely responsible for the evaluation of my physical health. I attest that I am in good physical health and I have been cleared to exercise by a licensed medical doctor. I acknowledge that Chrissy Carroll, owner of Inspired Wellness Solutions LLC d/b/a Snacking in Sneakers, is not a medical doctor. All training plans, workouts, recommendations, and nutrition information are based solely upon Chrissy’s experience as a coach, athlete, and dietitian.

Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspired Wellness Solutions LLC d/b/a Snacking in Sneakers, and Chrissy Carroll, from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees and expenses whether or not in litigation, arising out of my participation in run coaching.

No Warranties. I further understand and agree that Inspired Wellness Solutions, LLC d/b/a Snacking in Sneakers make no warranties, express or implied, as to running coaching results, the property on which my workouts will take place, or any other warranty, condition, guarantee, or representation, whether oral, written or electronic form, relating to the program.

Photo Release. If I choose to share photographs or testimonials with Inspired Wellness Solutions LLC d/b/a Snacking in Sneakers in the Facebook group, I understand that photos, imagery, or testimonials related to coaching may be shared for promotional purposes without compensation. If I choose to provide my Instagram handle, I understand that any public photos related to running may be shared to Coach Chrissy's Instagram stories.

Permission to Contact. By providing my contact information, I agree to receive communications from Inspired Wellness Solutions LLC d/b/a Snacking in Sneakers including but not limited to email or postal mail.

Terms and Conditions. By signing this, I acknowledge that I have read the terms and conditions of this purchase, and agree to them.

Governing Law. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Miscellaneous. In the event any provision of this is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable for any reason, all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Release of Liability is binding upon me as well as my heirs, children, personal representatives, or anyone else entitled to act on my behalf.
