Description
This plan is made for runners who have run at least 2 or 3 marathons, who are used to running 5 days a week and higher volume runner. This training plan has 5 runs a week with 2 harder workouts per week (one week day and 1 during the long run). This plan is based upon time on feet not miles. The lowest number of hours run during the week will be 5 hours 40 minutes and the most will be 7 hours and 30 minutes.
