The Beginner 10K plan is designed for novice runners who have completed a 5K or consistently running (or run/walking) 2-3 sessions per week. The plan consists of 3 runs per week ranging from 2 miles 4 miles with the longest run capping at 5.5 miles. Use this program to cross the finish line of your first 10K race!
