As we have 10 weeks to work with; our aim is to: -Lower your Threshold run (Hyrox Single Run pace) to 4:45/km. But for Doubles we will be aiming for a pace of 4:25/km. - Work on your V02max pace on the Ski & Threshold -Improve Strength efficiency: Predominantly in the lower limb and deltoids.
