Introducing Personal Coaching, a new, monthly coaching opportunity brought to you by Fleet Feet Training - Chicago.

This program is designed for runners seeking a more personalized, customized training plan, along with a one-on-one coaching consultation. One-On-One Coaching is intended for anyone with a non-traditional work schedule, unique training needs, or wants that extra bit of attention and customization to get you where you want to be in your training.

Same as “Basic”, with the addition of access to Group Runs & Sponsor Discounts

Initial consultation with Coach via phone/Zoom (up to 30 minutes)
Fully Customized Weekly Online Training plan
Weekly individual Coach check-in email (or up to 30-minute phone call/month)
Training plan modifications (up to two (2) times/month)
Access to existing Group Training runs
