This option is for those looking for the community and consistency with their long runs, but cannot make it to Wednesday night workouts. Saturday Long runs will be held at 7am from the Fleet Feet Quarry store. Participants will receive an invite to Final Surge, an online tool and app to track everything about your training including a calendar for workouts throughout the program.
