This 10-week program is designed for runners and run-walkers at any experience level who want structured, supportive training. It also provides an opportunity to add purposeful speedwork to your routine, prepare for future programs or longer distances, and to safely train in the heat.

Weekly group workouts are led by RRCA-certified coaches and mentors who will guide you through warmups, cooldowns, and the planned routes. Several pace and interval groups will be available so participants can train at an effort that aligns with their current fitness.

To ensure you get the most benefit out of this program, our recommendation is to be currently running or run/walking 2 - 3 times/week with a minimum long run distance of 3 - 4 miles.

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Group Workouts: Tuesdays at 6:30pm & Saturdays at 7:15am

Goal Race: Around the Crown 10k - September 6, 2026

Registration: $110 (cost of race not included)
