Ready to build a strong foundation, return to running, or sharpen your speed? Our 5K program welcomes beginners, runners returning from injury or time away, and experienced runners looking to improve pace and efficiency.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll receive structured training, consistent coaching, and practical education to help you prepare for race day. Whether your goal is to complete your first 5K or set a new personal best, we’ll help you build the skills and confidence to get there.

Included benefits in our program are the Strength Studio Sessions designed by 4D Endurance specifically for runners and focus on helping you move better, get stronger, and run more efficiently.

Dynamic warm-up & mobility: Prepare your body for running with targeted mobility and movement routines.

Running gait analysis: Identify opportunities to improve your running mechanics and efficiency.

Runner-specific strength: Build strength in the muscles and movement patterns that matter most for running performance.

Recovery & flexibility: Learn post-run stretching and recovery strategies to help your body recover and keep you moving well.

Personalized modifications & progressions: Exercises are adapted to your current ability, experience, and individual needs.

By the end of the sessions, participants will leave with personalized recommendations, practical strength and mobility exercises, and a clear plan to enhance their training and arrive at the starting line stronger, more efficient, and more confident.

This program also provides a smooth transition into more advanced training and longer-distance events, giving you the tools to continue progressing well beyond the 5K.

Program Details

Start Date: February 23, 2027

Run Workouts: Tuesdays at 6:30pm & Saturdays at 7:30am

5 Studio Sessions: Thursdays at 6:30pm - dates TBD

Goal Race: 5k Summer Celebration - May 1, 2027

Registration: $170 (race entry included!)

Open to participants 16 years and older.

Ages 16–17 must participate with a parent or legal guardian (no exceptions).
