This 10-week program is designed for runners and run-walkers at any experience level who want structured, supportive training for the Run White & Blue 7.4-mile race. It also provides an opportunity to add purposeful speedwork to your routine, prepare for future programs or longer distances, and to safely train in the heat.

Weekly group workouts are led by RRCA-certified coaches and mentors who will guide you through warmups, cooldowns, and the planned routes. Several pace and interval groups will be available so participants can train at an effort that aligns with their current fitness.

To participate comfortably, we recommend that you are currently able to run or run-walk 2 - 3 miles at an easy, sustainable pace.
