Description

A marathon training plan intended (mostly) for real people with real lives going on. Each week of this plan averages 4-5 running days, 2 cross training days and 3-4 strength/mobility sessions. While intended for runners who have completed at least 1-2 marathons, I believe this plan can work well for runners training for a first marathon as well as experienced competitive marathon runners.
