Description
This a basic plan designed for someone who wants to change their lifestyle, and hasn't done exercise in a while, so they can complete a 5km / parkrun. The plan consists of an initial interview by phone / zoom or meetup, and then a tailored plan for 8 weeks to get the ball rolling.... with a further check in mid way through and at the end to keep you on track. The plan may assist with a variety of areas, diet and strength.
