5K training plan for mileage in the 50-60 mile week range. IT maxes out at 60 but a range is given most days so it easily can be low 50's if that fits you better. Strides should be done in the last ten minutes of the run do a stride then jog easy 60-80 seconds do that for the 6 strides.
