Description

A 12-week training plan for beginning runners. It includes three Run-Walk workouts per week. Each workout takes 26 to 32 minutes. On Week 1, you won't have to run more than 1 minute at a time. The workouts get progressively more difficult each week. During Week 12, you will run continuously for 30 minutes.
