12 week plan targeting Delightful Run for Women 5k (or another 5k race or similar) for runner’s committed over at least 40 miles per week. This plan will include 1-2 days off a week, peaking just over 50 mpw. Weekday workouts will be once a week, along with a long run workout approximately every other week.
