Health Waiver and Release of Liability

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled in the running training and coaching programs offered by Fast Pace Performance. I understand that participating in physical activities, including running, involves certain inherent risks and dangers.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the running training and coaching programs, I agree to assume all risks and liabilities associated with these activities. I understand that running involves the risk of injury or illness, including but not limited to sprains, strains, falls, collisions with objects or other participants, and the effects of the weather.

I hereby release and discharge the Company, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, and causes of action, whether at law or in equity, arising out of my participation in the running training and coaching programs. This release includes any claims, damages, or liabilities caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Company or its representatives.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional before participating in any physical activity or training program. I represent that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in the running training and coaching programs.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of my participation in the running training and coaching programs.

I grant the Company the right to use photographs, videos, or other media of me for promotional purposes.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.
