Having come to endurance running relatively late, I have totally immersed myself in the sport! I have spent weeks, months and years studying and learning how best to progress and improve, covering anything and everything from running form to physiology.

As my own knowledge and running progressed from an initial 10K (41:39) back in 2014 to my first marathon (2:56:56) in spring 2017, my race times have continued to improve with current PBs of 16:34 for 5K, 33:47 for 10K and 2:40:27 for the marathon.

I personally found that having a coach provide a customised training program, continuous guidance and feedback as well as weekly mileage/training paces that were tailored to my individual needs and long terms goals was invaluable.

There are limited places available as I don't believe a coach can provide the necessary level of input and assistance while trying to manage a large number of athletes.
