This plan is built on maxing out at 70 miles a week. It starts at just 60 miles and build towards a few weeks at 70. However it is easy to adapt the plan a few miles this week as on non workout days feel free to add or subtract a mile from the runs so that can swing each week 5 miles. The Plan is focused on two hard days a week and 6 runs a week. The option is there for 4-5 long runs of twenty miles or more.
