A 100K asks you to keep running long after running stopped feeling good. This plan spends 24 weeks teaching your body and your head how to do that. Five running days a week, built around a weekend pair. Saturday is your long run and Sunday is a second long run on legs that have not recovered. That pair is the whole method.
