3 mi WU, + 2.7 CD (+a nice walk with Paige because we got lost!) Workout: 2 miles at 10:54 (5:29, 5:24), 3 minutes rest, 1 mile at 5:22, 2 minutes rest, 2x400 at 71, 68, with 75 seconds rest, then 4x200 at 34-32 with 1 minute rest. The second mile of the two mile was a bit quick/bit tougher in the wind, but other than that felt good! With the adjusted rest, the paces felt always in control.
