Dome. 3:30pm warmup. 2k/Mile/1200/800/400/200 with 3min rest between everything. 7:00/5:15/3:45/2:24/66/30
first workout in the dome!!!! indoor track is sooo much fun and even though this workout was hard i was so happy to be on track!!! 6:55, 5:12, 3:43? (i forget), 2:24, 65, 30! The 1200 rep felt the hardest- after we made it through that I felt like I could at least make it through the workout. Definitely still feel like I'm getting used to doing hard stuff at altitude, and need to work on running smooth like Ben suggested today, but happy to have hit the times on this at least!
