This plan is for someone who has rarely or never run and wants to prepare for their first 5k. This is a slow building run/walk training plan with the goal of being able to run and complete your first 5k. (12 week plan) To seamlessly move into this plan it is recommended that you have a current base fitness of walking a few days a week for 20 minutes.
