Speed Project 5K Training

Are you looking to improve your 5K PR or interested in seeing the method behind the madness of 5K training? If so, The Speed Project is most certainly for you. Through these 6 weeks we will start with mile repeats at goal 5K pace and then we tailor the next 5 weeks of the workouts specifically towards you! This program will begin on Monday September 8th at 5:45 PM at Jesus Hernandez Community Track!
