Fleet Feet San Diego Winter 2026 Training Program

Training is easier (and more fun) with friends! Join us to kick off your New Year's fitness goals for a 12-week cycle guiding participants through a series of group runs, solo runs, and recommended cross-training schedules ahead of the Beach and Bay Half Marathon Race Series on April 11, 2026. How It Works

Fleet Feet San Diego Running Club has partnered with Final Surge to deliver training programs to help you reach your goals! Final Surge is a free online training platform and app used by endurance athletes, coaches, teams and clubs. Getting started is easy, here’s how:

Find and register for the training program that best fits your needs. During the checkout process you will be asked to create a free Final Surge account.

View & Complete Your Training

Planned running, cycling and swim workouts on calendar

View & Complete Your Training

Training will be applied to your calendar by your coach or program leader. Daily emails will also be sent detailing upcoming workouts.
