If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I could run a 5K someday,” this is your moment. Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries Beginner 5K Training Program is designed for anyone new to running or walking.
The Performance Program is for those runners with the intention of not just being able to run longer distances easier but also faster. This is achieved by still running slow on the easy days but also making use of tailored speed and quality workouts to get more comfortable being uncomfortable.
