10k Beyond Boundaries

Our 10K training program is a great “next step” from 5K & 8K distances. Whether you want to maintain your current fitness level, continually challenge your endurance, or develop a solid foundation in the hopes of training for a future half or full marathon, this is the training program for you! Our goal race is the 50th Anniversary Cherry Blossom 10K on Sunday, April 12, 2026, in Branch Brook Park.

Our 10-week Half Marathon Program, sponsored by New Balance, meets twice a week and is aligned with the 4th annual Jersey City Half Marathon on April 19, 2026. Stay motivated with a structured plan that includes daily running, cross-training, and recovery assignments. Work with experienced Fleet Feet coaches who offer guidance on speed, endurance, mechanics, fueling, and hydration. Join a supportive community, get stronger, and reach new potential.
