Fleet Feet Denver

Crossing the finish line of your first 5K is unforgettable. The cheers, the pride, and the proof that your training paid off, but that was just the beginning. Over six weeks, you’ll train with a coach, learn from mentors, and connect with a community of others who share your goals. No Boundaries 5K Training will help you run stronger and make your next race your best yet.

If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I could run a 5K someday,” this is your moment. Fleet Feet’s No Boundaries Beginner 5K Training Program is designed for anyone new to running or walking. With the support of a coach, mentors and a welcoming community, you’ll build fitness, confidence and friendships as you work toward your goal.

Those cold weather months have a way of disrupting even the best routines. Long Runs & Lattes helps you keep yours going with regular group runs, fun ways to stay motivated and a community that shows up alongside you.
