2024 Fall Full Marathon & Half Marathon Training

Our professionally designed 15-week training schedule will prepare you to run a half or full marathon this fall. We primarily train for the Queen Bee 1/2 Marathon or the Columbus Marathon. However, we can modify the plan to get you ready for any of the major fall races. We will gradually build mileage, assign workouts, and have you feeling confident to run your race. We train out of 4 store locations (Blue Ash, 50 West, Oakley, & Newport).
