2025 Fleet Feet Cincy Fall Training

Our professionally designed 17-week training schedule will prepare you to run a half or full marathon this fall. We primarily train for the Indianapolis Monumental Half & Full Marathon. However, we can modify the plan to get you ready for any of the fall races. We will gradually build mileage, assign workouts, and have you feeling confident to run your race. We train out of 4 store locations (Blue Ash, 50 West, Oakley, & Newport).

How It Works

Fleet Feet Cincinnati has partnered with Final Surge to deliver training programs to help you reach your goals! Final Surge is a free online training platform and app used by endurance athletes, coaches, teams and clubs. Getting started is easy, here’s how:

Training will be applied to your calendar by your coach or program leader. Daily emails will also be sent detailing upcoming workouts.
