Fleet Feet Training x CES Marathon Training Program

The marathon. It's a defining moment in the life of anyone who has ever completed one. Our 19-week training program, with twice/week group training will prepare you for the race, no matter what your experience level is. Our coaches will challenge you with an effective, smart training program and our experienced pacers will guide you each week. You’ll be part of a supportive community, have a ton of fun and get prepared for success at the marathon all at the same time.

How It Works

Chicago Endurance Sports has partnered with Final Surge to deliver training programs to help you reach your goals! Final Surge is a free online training platform and app used by endurance athletes, coaches, teams and clubs. Getting started is easy, here’s how:

Find and register for the training program that best fits your needs. During the checkout process you will be asked to create a free Final Surge account.

View & Complete Your Training

Planned running, cycling and swim workouts on calendar

View & Complete Your Training

Training will be applied to your calendar by your coach or program leader. Daily emails will also be sent detailing upcoming workouts.
