About This Program
What you can expect in this program:
- Tuesday night sessions at 6:30pm at alternating track locations
- Optional workouts on Thursday mornings at 6am at Bean Traders in Durham
- A 9 week training plan tailored to your goals
- In-person support for accountability, camaraderie and fun
- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- Tips from community partners on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility and more
- Encouraging and supportive Mentors with you every step of the way
- A wide and inclusive variety of pace groups to help make sure there is a spot for everyone
