Atomic Choice LLCParticipant Release and Waiver of Liability

1. Identification of Activities I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a running and conditioning program (the "Program") provided by Atomic Choice LLC. This Program may include, but is not limited to: running on roads, trails, or tracks; strength and mobility training; and dietary or hydration suggestions.

2. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk I understand that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I recognize that the Program involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Physical Injury: Muscle strains, ligament sprains, stress fractures, joint injuries, and falls.
Environmental Hazards: Extreme heat, humidity, cold, traffic, uneven terrain, and animal encounters.
Health Events: Heart attack, stroke, or other cardiovascular incidents. I expressly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Program, whether known or unknown.

3. Medical Clearance I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I acknowledge that Chris Taylor is a running coach, not a medical doctor, and that I have been advised to consult with a physician before beginning any strenuous exercise program.

4. Release and Waiver of Liability In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby for myself, my heirs, and executors, waive and release Atomic Choice LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from my participation in the Program, including those caused by the ordinary negligence of the coach.

5. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chris Taylor/Atomic Choice LLC from any and all claims, costs, or attorney fees arising from my participation or any third-party claims resulting from my actions.

6. Governing Law & Severability This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any portion of this waiver is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force.

7. Acknowledgment of Understanding I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING MY RIGHT TO SUE.
