This plan is designed to take you through the 12 weeks leading up to the IRONMAN® 70.3 New Zealand. The course features a Lake Swim, Rolling Bike & Flat Run. The plan includes swim, bike, run, transition, nutrition and strength & conditioning sessions and guides.
