Description
This plan is designed to take you through the 16 weeks leading up to your IRONMAN® 70.3 Ohio race. I have included options for training indoors if you are unable to get outside. This includes rowing instead of swimming, treadmill and indoor cycling options. The course has a Lake Swim, Flat Bike & Rolling Run.
