Description
This plan is designed for a competitive triathlete with a goal of finishing the IRONMAN® 70.3® strong and maximize potential. Select this plan only if you have previously completed at least one IRONMAN® 70.3® distance triathlon. You should be able to swim, bike, and run for an hour and complete 7 hours of aerobic exercise over seven days before you begin.
