Description
This plan is designed for the beginner age group athlete taking on the IRONMAN distance with a 20 weeks training plan. The primary goal of this training plan is to prepare you for your first IRONMAN. This plan will help you get started and ease you into longer workouts. You will need to be able to swim for 30 to 40 min., bike 1 hr and run 1 hr. before you start the plan.
