Description
This Training plan is aimed at those looking to improve on prevoius seasons. We start with a 5 week run focus using Billat's well proven Vv02 training to get an early season boost in run economy. As this 1st 5 weeks will be tough with hard running, we keep the bike and swim easier to allow recovery between run sets. In the second 5 weeks we focus on improving the bike.
