This short 8 week block of training is ideal for beginners or those in their 2nd season who are looking to improve their bike splits. The plan puts run and swim on a maintenance footing so that you can maximise the bike gains in short period of times. This is ideal for a pre season block to build your Bike speed endurance and get plenty of time racing at or above race intesnity.
