ABOUT THE TRAINING PLAN This 27-week training plan is designed for athletes who are new to the IRONMAN® distance. This plan is intended to start 52 weeks prior to IRONMAN® Lake Placid; it is a complimentary training plan to the 26-week IRONMAN® Lake Placid Beginner/First-Timer Training Plan.
