Description
This Ironman® 70.3 Competitive Training Plan over 21 weeks is intended to enable ambitious athletes to finish strong. Before you begin this plan you should be able to swim, run for and cycle for 90 minutes and complete at least 6 hours of exercise weekly. The weekly plan starts at about 7 hours and peaking at 13 hours in the final weeks before taper. This plan contains 229 workouts over the 21 weeks.
