Description
This Ironman® Experienced Training Plan over 23 weeks is intended to enable competitive athletes to finish strong. Before you begin this plan you should be able to swim, run for and cycle for 2 hours and complete at least 6 hours of exercise weekly. The weekly plan starts at about 7 hours and peaking at 15 hours in the final weeks before taper. This plan contains 253 workouts over the 23 weeks.
